Halloween Walk Raises £1005 for Cancer Charities - Old Railway Line Garden Centre

We're thrilled to announce that our annual Spooky Halloween Walk raised an impressive £1005 for this year’s two chosen charities: #BeMoreFrank, a special fund of the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust, and the Ewing’s Sarcoma Research Trust.

This year’s Halloween Walk, which ran throughout October, attracted families from the local community, providing a fun, spine-chilling experience while raising awareness and funds for these vital charities. All proceeds will go directly to supporting ground-breaking research and supporting families affected by childhood cancer.

Matthew Lewis, our Retail and Events Manager expressed his gratitude to the community:

"We're overjoyed by the incredible generosity of our visitors. It’s truly inspiring to see so many people come together to support these amazing charities, and we're grateful to everyone who contributed. Every donation brings us closer to better outcomes for children and families impacted by cancer."

Our Spooky Halloween Walk has become a beloved tradition for many of our customers, offering a family-friendly Halloween experience while giving back to those in need. We'd like to say a massive heartfelt thanks all visitors who made this year’s Halloween Walk a memorable success!

As we move into the festive season, you can look forward to exploring this year’s impressive Christmas displays, which have been specially designed to spread festive cheer and celebrate the magic of Christmas. With a wide range of beautiful decorations, lights, and festive gifts, our displays promise to delight guests of all ages and we can't wait to hear what you think!
