Outdoor Water Features FAQs

When will I get my water feature?

We aim to dispatch your water feature quickly, typically within one working day, using trusted, mainstream couriers. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, while express delivery takes 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

What is the cost of delivery for water features?

Delivery charges for our outdoor water features are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices typically range from £4.95 to £6.95, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95 to be collected within 3 days using the app or QR code.

Can my water features order be returned if I change my mind?

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem, just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the plant food, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
