Treat Dad This Father’s Day
The Old Railway Line Garden Centre is offering plenty of treats for Dads this Father’s Day (Sunday 17th June) including a special 2-course menu, Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea and a wide selection of gift ideas.
Garden Centre Owner, Mark Cleary said “We think that Father’s Day is often forgotten and not celebrated as much as it should be! This year we have put extra effort into offering a wide selection of gift and eating out treats.
“On Father’s Day we are offering a special 2-course menu in our Railway Restaurant including tarragon studded topside of Welsh Beef and Welsh Roast Lamb served with all the trimmings. Lunch will be served between 12pm and 4pm with booked tables available at 12pm; otherwise just turn up and enjoy!
“We will also be offering a special ‘Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea’ which is an adaption of our current Luxury Afternoon Tea with some extra savouries to suit a Dad’s palate! Our Tea Room offers the perfect, relaxed setting to sit back and enjoy some quality family time. Please note that booking is required for the Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea.
“We have also worked hard on creating a wide selection of cards and gifts perfect to show Dads the appreciation they deserve. From BBQs to beers we have something for everyone in our giftware, farm shop and outdoor living departments.
“I’d like to wish all fellow Dads and enjoyable day this Father’s Day. We hope to see you at the Old Railway Line Garden Centre to celebrate!”
