Product Description

How does your mind live within your body? And how can becoming more aware of your physical experience help transform the way you think, feel, and respond to life?

In The Mindful Body, Noa Belling offers a practical and compassionate approach to mindfulness that begins with the body. Rather than viewing mindfulness purely as a mental practice, she shows how developing awareness of physical sensations, posture, movement, and tension can provide valuable insights into emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Drawing on her experience as a practising psychotherapist, Belling explains how life experiences are often held within the body and how learning to recognise these patterns can create opportunities for healing, growth, and positive change. Supported by research from psychology and neuroscience, the book provides readers with simple yet powerful exercises that help cultivate mindfulness in everyday life.

By reconnecting with the body's innate intelligence, readers can develop greater emotional balance, resilience, vitality, and a deeper sense of presence.
