Product Description

Based on scientific understanding of how the brain and body work together, the book introduces a range of exercises and techniques that help readers cultivate positive emotional states by engaging the body. Rather than focusing solely on mindset, Belling demonstrates how physical qualities such as balance, flexibility, strength, and groundedness can influence emotional wellbeing and create a foundation for lasting happiness.
