Product Description
Cordyline australis, commonly called the Cabbage Palm, is a small evergreen tree with a single trunk and multiple stout branches. Its long, sword-shaped leaves form dense clusters at the branch tips, creating a dramatic, tropical effect that stands out in any garden.
During the summer, it produces large panicles of small, fragrant cream flowers, adding both beauty and scent to your outdoor space. This hardy tree thrives in a wide range of soils, from chalk and clay to loam and sand, and performs best in moist but well-drained conditions.
Ideal for gardens seeking vertical interest or architectural foliage, Cordyline australis works well as a standalone feature, in borders, or large containers. Its drought resistance and low maintenance make it a reliable and long-lasting addition.
