As we leave a glorious September behind, apart from the last week or so!, and enter into the main part of autumn it is the time to admire the sometimes all too brief show of wonderful colours before the leaves start to fall and flowers finally begin to fade.

How the garden changes in just a month! The much needed rain in June has given plants a real boost of growth although the wind at times seemed to want to lay all that growth on the ground!
Fuchsias & Pelargoniums
These beautiful flowering plants must be two of the most popular summer plants and there will be plenty on display at the Old Railway Line now that it has reopened for walk in customers but don’t forget that their click and collect system is also still available.

June is without doubt a wonderful month for the garden! I know that the spring flowers have finished their fantastic displays but June always promises, and then delivers, an equally good if not better spectacle.
