Spooky Halloween Walk Returns to Raise Funds for The Bracken Trust

We are terror-rifically excited to announce the return of our annual Spooky Halloween Walk, open from now until Sunday 1st November 2026! The much-loved community event is bringing plenty of family-friendly frights, spooky surprises and Halloween fun, while raising funds for an important local cause.

This year, all voluntary donations from the Halloween Walk will go towards The Bracken Trust, our Charity of the Year for 2026.

Based in Llandrindod Wells, The Bracken Trust provides vital support to people affected by cancer across Powys, as well as their families, carers and bereaved relatives. The charity provides Nursing, Therapy and Counselling services from its centre in Llandrindod Wells and hubs across the county, including Brecon.

Matthew Lewis, Retail and Events Manager, said:

“The Spooky Halloween Walk has become such a popular part of our autumn events, and we love seeing families coming along and enjoying it each year. It’s even more special when we can use it to raise money for a charity that does such important work in our local community.

“The Bracken Trust is our Charity of the Year for 2026, so we’re really pleased to be able to support them through the Halloween Walk. We hope lots of families will come along, enjoy the spooky experience and make a voluntary donation to help us raise as much as possible.”

Each year, part of the Plant Area is transformed into the Spooky Halloween Walk, creating a playful, spine-tingling trail filled with eerie decorations, spooky sound effects and plenty of surprises. Designed to be family-friendly, it’s perfect for children, families and anyone who enjoys a little Halloween fun without anything too frightening!

The walk is open now until Sunday 1st November 2026, with visitors able to make a voluntary donation at the entrance or exit. All donations will go directly towards The Bracken Trust.

We are proud to support local charities and community organisations throughout the year, and the Spooky Halloween Walk is one of several fundraising activities taking place in support of The Bracken Trust during 2026.
