Our Drinks Loyalty Card is our way of saying thank you to our customers. Please see the terms below for how the scheme works.
1. Eligible Drinks
The Railway Express Drinks Loyalty Card is valid on hot and hand-crafted drinks, including iced coffees and other freshly prepared cold drinks, purchased from The Railway Express takeaway hut.
The scheme does not include milkshakes or bottled/canned drinks taken from the fridge.
2. Earning Stamps
Customers will receive one stamp for each eligible drink purchased.
If multiple drinks are purchased in a single transaction, a stamp will be given for each drink.
For example, purchasing three drinks will receive three stamps.
3. Free Drink Reward
Once the loyalty card has been completed, customers are entitled to one free eligible drink.
The free drink may include one added extra, such as a flavoured syrup or cream on a hot chocolate.
4. Additional Extras
If the selected drink includes additional toppings or extras beyond the single included extra, these must be paid for at the standard price.
For example, if a customer chooses a deluxe hot chocolate, cream may be included as the free extra, but additional toppings such as marshmallows or a flake must be paid for.
5. Valid Location
The loyalty card is only valid at The Railway Express and cannot be redeemed in the Railway Restaurant, Tea Rooms, or elsewhere in the garden centre.
6. General Conditions
- Stamps can only be issued at the time of purchase.
- Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced or transferred.
- The loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.
- The Old Railway Line Garden Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
