Yes – roses come with a 5-year plant guarantee if cared for correctly. Please keep proof of purchase and follow our care guidelines.

It depends on your space and preferences. We offer climbing roses, bush roses, patio roses, ground cover roses, and standard roses. If you're unsure, check the product descriptions for suitability or contact us for advice.

We aim to dispatch your outdoor plants quickly, typically within one working day, using trusted, mainstream couriers. Most rose orders are sent using express delivery to ensure they spend as little time in transit as possible - this takes 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Unpack immediately, water thoroughly, and plant in a suitable spot or pot. Avoid letting roots dry out and follow the care guide included with your order.

Delivery charges for our outdoor plants are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices typically range from £6.95 - £9.95, with the exact fee shown at checkout.

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem, just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the plant food, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
