We aim to dispatch your plant food as quickly as possible, typically within one working day using trusted, mainstream couriers. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, while express delivery takes 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

What are the delivery charges for plant food?
Delivery charges for plant food are based on your order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices range from £4.95 for small items to £6.95 for larger products, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95, to be collected within 3 days using the InPost app or QR code.

Can I return my plant food if I change my mind?
If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem, just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the plant food, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
