Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll dispatch it within one working day. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, and our express delivery time is 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Delivery charges for all products are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices typically range from £4.95 to £6.95, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95 to be collected within 3 days using the app or QR code.

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the product, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
