Gardening Essentials

We aim to dispatch your gardening essentials as quickly as possible—typically within one working day using trusted, mainstream couriers. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, while express delivery takes 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Delivery charges for gardening essentials are based on the item size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. Standard delivery ranges from £4.95 for small items to £9.95 for larger goods, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95—to be collected within 3 days using the InPost app or QR code.

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the items, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
