When will I get my garden furniture delivered?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll dispatch it within one working day. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, and our express delivery time is 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

What is the cost of delivery for UK garden furniture?

Delivery charges for all UK garden furniture are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. Some furniture qualifies for free delivery with charges increasing up to £69.95 for a paid, kerbside-pallet delivery service.

Can my product be returned if I change my mind?

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the product, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
