Yes, most barbecue grill accessories, cleaning supplies, and general items we provide should be suitable for both. We recommend double-checking product descriptions to be sure.

We recommend starting with a good set of tongs (don’t forget to click them before use!), a spatula, a grill brush, a meat thermometer, and a grill cover. From there, you can expand based on your grilling style.

Some metal tools are dishwasher safe, but it's always best to check the individual product description. As a general rule, handwashing will help preserve your accessories for longer, especially those with wooden handles or specific coatings.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll dispatch it within one working day. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, and our express delivery time is 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Delivery charges for all barbecue accessories in the UK are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices typically range from £4.95 to £6.95, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95 to be collected within 3 days using the app or QR code.

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the product, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
