Delivery charges for our products are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices typically range from £4.95 to £6.95, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95 to be collected within 3 days using the app or QR code.

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem, just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return your accessories order, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
