How quickly will I receive my compost?

We aim to dispatch your compost as quickly as possible—typically within one working day using trusted, mainstream couriers. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, while express delivery takes 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

What are the delivery charges for compost products?

Delivery charges for our compost products are based on your order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices range from £4.95 for small items to £19.95 for larger products, with the exact fee shown at checkout.

Can I return my compost order if I change my mind?

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the items, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
