Cluster lights are strings of small LED bulbs placed closely together along the wire, creating a dense, bright display. This design produces a twinkling or sparkling effect and gives fuller coverage compared to standard fairy lights.

Yes – many are designed for outdoor use (e.g. for outdoor decorations, trees, garden etc.), but you should check the product details to see if it is weatherproof or rated for outdoor conditions.

LED lights tend to last lots of hours (many thousands of hours). The micro wire versions are more delicate though, so handling with care helps. Also, avoiding leaving them exposed to extreme weather will prolong life.

We aim to dispatch your Christmas decorations quickly, typically within one working day, using trusted, mainstream couriers. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days, while express delivery takes 1–2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Delivery charges for our Christmas decorations are based on the order size and chosen service, with express delivery costing a little extra. On a standard service, prices typically range from £4.95 to £6.95, with the exact fee shown at checkout. You can also choose InPost Locker delivery from £3.95 to be collected within 3 days using the app or QR code.

If you’ve had a change of heart, no problem. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery to cancel under the cooling-off period. You’ll then have up to 28 days from delivery to return the plant food, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are at our discretion and may include a small restocking fee (usually 7.5%).
