1. Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome in-store, with the exception of our Railway Restaurant and carpeted areas (gift, clothing, and Christmas departments).
2. Recognised Assistance Dogs can accompany their owners throughout all areas.
3. Keep your dog on a lead at all times for the safety and comfort of all visitors.
4. Stay refreshed! Dedicated Dog Drinking Stations are available with fresh water for your pup.
5. Responsible pet ownership is appreciated. Remember to clean up after your dog – it's the owner’s responsibility. If you happen to forget your poop bags, fear not, as we offer a range of them for your convenience.
